Was having a doula helpful to you and your partner? Extremely helpful.

What worked for you?  Everything..  It was very helpful you stressed the importance for you of my calling early in labor because otherwise I would have hesitated to call when I needed to figure out what to do.  It was very helpful to have you continuously, to have you massage my toes, to have you be so positive, to have you encourage me to change positions.  The shower also helped.

What did not work for you? Nothing.

Would you have a doula again? Definitely.
